At GOMING, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. Our graphic T-shirts are produced on demand for each order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size Issues and Change of Mind

Please review the product size chart before ordering.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once an order enters production, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. For orders paid by bank transfer, we may request suitable details to process a verified refund.
